Classified
A classified ad is a placment of your product for a minimum price that will list for 30 Days.

Auction
A Auction is a product placement that will run from a specified time and end at one. With this time relaying buyers have a chance to make a bid from your starting price or no price ads.

Trade
A Trade is a product placement that you are not wanting a money value for, but an item you want in exchange for your product.

If my item doesn't sell, can I re-list that item for free?

Yes here at Here4Deals you may relist your item up to three times if the item does not sell.

How do I sell an item or service?

If you have an item or service you would like to sell or trade, click on the link in the header labeled "Sell Item." You must be logged in.

Your ad will be activated Immediatly after the payment is deducted from your account balance. We accept most major credit cards, as well as paypal(U.S. funds only).

You can include up to 7 images in your ad; we handle the picture hosting for you. Auctions, Fixed Prices, No Prices, Trade Ads will expire apon your specified days after submitted. Classifieds ads are valid for 30 days. Within these 30 days, there is no cost to enable or disable your ad as often as you like. Once you post your ad, it is viewable to buyers nearly immediately. You can sell one item or in bulk, from a single ad.

How do I know when a buyer sends me an offer or question or makes a bid?

This information will be shown in your account panel.

What if I don't receive payment from a buyer?

If you have completed a sale and have not received payment from the buyer, please rate the buyer to inform other sellers of your experience. We also suggest filing a report with the proper Authorities and Here4Deals.com to alert our investigations team of the buyer's suspicious activity.

Because Here4Deals.com currently does not charge a final transaction fee, you are not penalized for making a sale.

How can I find my product ads?

All your ad postings will be listed under your account panel under products for sale.

How can I manage my products?

To view your product ads and change their content, visit the user Panel. From this page you can edit by clicking on "My Products".

When you have sold your item or service, visit the user Panel to disable your product ad. Disabling an ad prevents unwanted new offers by removing your ad from searches and Here4Deals.com categories. You always have the option to re-enable the ad at a later time.

Why did the buyer file a report about the transaction?

The buyer filed a report on your transaction for one of the following reasons:

The buyer did not receive the item or received something materially different from the classified ad description.

The buyer did not receive the full amount of items agreed upon.

The buyer alleges that you are charging fees other than those agreed upon.

The buyer alleges that you have committed fraud. We encourage you to read the email and description of the complaint that was sent to your email address. Next, we suggest that you attempt to resolve the issue with the buyer as soon as possible. Many problems are simple misunderstandings. You can communicate with the buyer through the My Messages page by clicking on the title of the transaction and then select the note action from the subsequent page.

Sellers who commit fraud or violate the contract between themselves and the buyer are subject to disciplinary actions including warning, suspension, and/or termination of Here4Deals.com membership.

Here4Deals.com may suspend buyers or sellers who file fictitious or fraudulent reports against other members. All this information can be found in the Terms and Agreements.

At the top of every ad placed is a Contact seller, ask seller a question link. You will need to click this link to ask the seller any question about any item for sale.

A no-price ad
The buyer may make any offer.

An auction ad

Shipping and Handling Cost
The shipping and handling cost describes the obligation of the buyer to pay shipping. The different shipping cost options are:

How do I know when a seller replies to my message?

We will email you when a seller replies to your message. The email has a link to the seller's message where you can continue your conversation. All messages from sellers are stored in the My Messages page with new messages appearing bold and highlighted in yellow.

We alert you of new messages via the email address we have on file. Please keep your email address current to be sure you don't miss any messages from sellers.

How do I buy something on Here4Deals.com?

Here4Deals.com is similar to your local newspaper or fleamarket, but located on the Web. People can create ads to sell their stuff, and you can make offers to buy directly from the seller. Items can be sold in many ways with different options. If you are interested in an item on Here4Deals.com, you can make an offer, Bid on the item or just ask the seller a question from their ad.

Where can I track my bids and view my buying activity?

To manage your correspondence with sellers you may check the update in My Bids in your account panel. If you have any negotiations, bids or messages from sellers, you can view them by clicking on the title of the message in your Account Panel.

How many products can I make offers on?

Here at Here4Deals.com there is no limit on the number of items on which you are permitted to make bids or offers on. Make an offer or bid only if you are serious about buying the item or service at your offer price.

What do I do if I have problems with a seller?

If you are having difficulties with a seller on Here4Deals.com, contact the seller to discuss the issue. Most disagreements are simple misunderstandings. What information is available on a product?

A seller can sell multiples of one item from a single ad, or just a single item. Every ad has specific information about the seller, the item(s) or service(s) for sale, and the actions you can take (such as making an bid or offer).

Many ads will contain pictures. Click on the picture to view a larger image. If you have a question about what the seller has, just click on the question button on the ad page. The description section in a ad displays the available actions you can do to purchase that ad. Depending on the type of ad the seller posts, you have different actions available to you.

How do I use Basic Search?

If you would like to quickly find an ad on Here4Deals.com, use the Basic Search. Basic Search is a boxe on the index page. Enter your search term and click the go on the right side of the appropriate box to run your search.

Search for an ad using keywords.
Enter one or multiple keywords in the top block to find an active ad on Here4Deals.com. Searches look through ad titles by default, but you can click the checkbox to search through ad descriptions.

View all of a member's ads or their rating page.
Enter a member's name, in the middle block, to view any active classifieds they may have. To view any member's rating page, click the "view profile" radio button and enter the member's name. Remember, names do not contain spaces.

Find an ad using the username.
Use the bottom block by entering the username to find a specific ad. Just enter the username, such as sellerpipe, and click the go button on the bottom box.

How do I use Advanced Search?

If you would like to narrow your search results to find a desired ad, use an Advanced Search. The more information you provide, the more precise your search will be.

The item number search will only bring back results of the exact number. Narrow your search results by choosing a category or seller. If the seller's sign-in name is incorrect your such will not provide any results, so make sure the sign-in name is spelled correctly.

How do I refine my search?

You may refine your search by choosing many different options. Choosing options range from keywords to seller usernames to item numbers. Providing any of these in different types will narrow your results.

How do I send comments or suggestions?

You may send Comments or sugjestions to Here4Deals by simply logging in to your account and proceeding to Contact US.

How do I find items sold by a Here4Deals.com member?

Enter the member's name into the Member search area. To view information about the seller, including their ratings, select before clicking the go button.

I cannot find a particular member.

To view details about a member or to view items sold by a member, you must correctly type the username. Usernames are not case sensitive and they can only contain letters (a - z, A - Z) numbers (1, 2, 3, ...), dashes ( - ), or underscores ( _ ). Remember, a sign-in name cannot contain spaces. If the name contains multiple words, such as "Good Member", try using "Good_Member" or "GoodMember" to search instead. For a quick link to anyone's Member Rating screen, click on the username.

In addition, you can leave comments in response to feedback other members have left about you.
